The ‘I Heart Nila’ T-shirt brings together Jamdani weaving, natural indigo and hand embroidery in a light, easy silhouette. Designed at the Nila studio, it features our signature ‘I Heart Nila’ motif, woven into the fabric using the traditional extra-weft Jamdani technique.
The lightweight cotton is woven by skilled artisans in West Bengal and naturally dyed with indigo in Maharashtra. Jaali stitchwork and subtle hand embroidery add detail to the t-shirt, bringing together different hand processes within one piece.
