Tassel Tie Blouse Indigo

The Tassel-Tie Blouse brings together Jamdani weaving, natural indigo, and fine hand detailing in a light, flowing silhouette. The asymmetrical extra-weft motifs are a bespoke design developed at the Nila studio and woven into soft cotton Jamdani by skilled artisans in West Bengal.

Naturally dyed with indigo, the motifs sit in shades of blue against the light cotton base. Jaali stitchwork runs through the blouse, adding texture alongside the woven motifs. The neckline is finished with a handmade tassel tie, made in collaboration with a women’s organisation in Rajasthan, which can be tied and styled in different ways.

Light and breathable, with an easy shape and long sleeves, the Tassel-Tie Blouse is designed to be worn across seasons.

The Tassel-Tie Blouse is also available in Madder Tassel Tie Blouse Red, naturally dyed to create warm, earthy shades of rust-red.
